We couldn’t recommend Will from Maxflow Plumbing highly enough! From the very first call, he was incredibly approachable, professional and easy to deal with. He was quick to respond to our call-out for our hot water system, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely straightforward.

The service was so good that when we decided to start a renovation, there was no question about who we wanted to use. We have continued to use him throughout the renovation and have had absolutely no issues. He has been reliable, honest, knowledgeable and genuinely takes pride in his work.

It’s not often you come across a tradie who is this easy to communicate with and who you can completely trust to do the job properly. We’re so glad we found him and will definitely continue to use him for any plumbing work in the future.

He arrived within an hour and talked us through the different options and he was back the very next morning and installed a new system.
